Laurie Spengler and Jay Epley founded Central European Advisory Group in 1993. In reaction to the opportunities of the market, CEAG has been from its beginning a multidisciplinary advisory firm with professionals from a range of legal fields and jurisdictions. In 1998, CEAG added a commercial department that originally concentrated on small and medium-size enterprises but later expanded its activities to medium and large-size enterprises as well as collaborating with private equity funds.
