Sector Overview

Based on the information and criteria you provide, Executive Desk will prepare a sector overview, including the overall situation, key players, business opportunities, challenges and market entry barriers, and a list of potential business partners suitable for your objectives.

Market Orientation Briefing Conference Call

After you have had a chance to review the sector overview, you may have additional questions and comments. Executive Desk will organize a conference call with you to answer any questions, discuss the short list of potential business partners and ideas you may want to explore.

Preparation for Meetings with Potential Business Partners

Once you have had a chance to review all the above information, you may decide to take a trip to the Czech Republic and Slovakia and meet with the short-listed potential business partners. Executive Desk will assist you in preparing the complete agenda of your trip, including scheduling meetings with decision makers of the short-listed companies and other desired parties. In addition, you will obtain, in advance, a concise memo on each party, including the size of the company, trading history, number of employees, market position, publicly available financial information, etc.

Assistance at Meetings and Follow-up

Executive Desk will accompany you at the meetings to provide support and advice, if necessary. We can also help with translations or bring an interpreter if a language other than English is required. After the meeting, we will discuss its outcome, assess the situation, and help you in determining which steps should be taken.  Executive Desk is also available to follow up with telephone calls and letters and to communicate with the potential business partners as required.

If you decide to pursue the business opportunities in the Czech Republic, Executive Desk, through CEAG’s Corporate Law Department can provide you with all the legal advisory services necessary, including the establishment of a company in the Czech Republic and Slovakia (a representative office, branch office, limited liability company or joint stock company), corporate housekeeping matters, regulatory matters, business law advisory, M&A advisory, IT/IP legal matters, etc. CEAG can even provide an address needed for the corporate seat of the company.

Secretarial Services, including Translations and Interpreters

Executive Desk will provide you will all secretarial support during your trip in the Czech Republic, including the preparation of materials for your meetings, printing documents, translations, providing a meeting facility, interpreters at meetings, and assist you with full support during your entire stay in the Czech Republic.

Travel Arrangements

Executive Desk can help you plan your trip, including travel arrangements, accommodation (hotel, B&B, extended stay facilities), local transportation, etc.

Fees
